The Tavern House Jazz Band is comprised of some of the finest students from the Michigan State University Jazz Studies program, including both graduate and undergraduate musicians. The Quartet Features Seth Ebersole on tenor sax, Nathan Grant on drums, Duncan Tarr on bass, and John Patrick Peters on Guitar. Based out of Lansing, MI, The Tavern House Jazz Band has been putting their own spin on Jazz since the bands birth in 2015. Whether you like your Jazz hot, cool, or with some soul. The Tavern House Jazz Band brings intellectual arrangements to life with a level of feeling that is sure to leave an impression. From the Bebop greats to the heavy swingin’ Hard Bop cats, The Tavern House Jazz Band plays it all!
